Listing Presentation is an industry term for the formal presentation an agent makes to prospective home sellers.  Don’t list your home with a real estate agent without it! 
During the listing presentation I will discuss your logistical and financial goals.  I will share my insight into the most effective ways to market your home so that it stands apart from other similar homes in the neighborhood; I will also speak to current market conditions that may affect your home’s selling value.

Comparative Market Analysis

A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is a tool we use to help determine the current market value of your home.  Markets change from year to year, season to season and even from month to month.  By analyzing market data and sales trends we can help you determine the price range within which your home will most likely sell.  Generally speaking, the market analysis is a detailed comparison between your home, recently sold homes and those which are currently on the market and under contract.  Using this as a guideline we will decide together what we believe the current market value to be.  Although I believe it is my responsibility to sell your home for the most the market will bear, it is also my responsibility not to jeopardize your situation with unrealistic expectations.

Home Staging

Home Staging is one of the very best ways to attract good, qualified buyers who are willing to pay top dollar for your home.  The way in which you live in your home is very different from the way in which you market it for sale.  We will walk through your home and offer advice on effective staging techniques, most of which are simple and don’t cost a penny.
